Travel Diary 5 - Sliding Rock State Park, Arizona
After staying in Arizona for several days, I found myself excited to see the "water!" I lived in San Diego for several years and am totally in love with the ocean; I love the water and I love the wind. The day at Sliding Rock made my heart fly :)
I love the running water in this piece. It brought me to the day and I still remembered standing by the water. I've done several painting about the ocean back in San Diego, but not much with water fall or small rivers. I think watercolor is a great media where you can express so much. You can see the color flow; see different color mixed together in different form, that really made me free. I guess that's the reason why I love watercolor the most.
